By using this website, the Up and Okay app, or joining the early access list, you agree to these terms.

What Up and Okay is

Up and Okay is a daily reminder and family check in tool. It reminds the person who set it up about their day and shows the family members they approve whether each reminder was checked off. It is not a caregiver, a monitoring service, or an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.

Reminders can fail

Phones run out of battery, lose signal or have notifications turned off. Do not rely on Up and Okay as the only way to make sure something important happens.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled through Google Play. Prices are shown before you buy.

Limitation of liability

Up and Okay is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for missed reminders, missed alerts or indirect damages.
