Delete your Up and Okay account

This page is for Up and Okay: Parent Reminders on Google Play, by Harris Apps Studio.

This removes everything Up and Okay holds about the account: reminders and their times, done and missed check offs, and family connections. It cannot be undone. Family members connected to a parent stop seeing that parent the moment the parent's account is deleted.

The quickest way is inside the app: Settings, then Delete my account. If the phone is gone, use the form below.

  1. In the app, open Settings and tap Account ID.
  2. Enter that ID here.

Lost the ID too? Write to the contact email on our Google Play listing with the family code (parents) or the parent's name you were connected to, and we will delete the account for you within 30 days.
